Payment & Insurance
Payment is expected at the time of treatment. You may pay in cash, personal checks, and credit cards.
Insurance
We will gladly check your insurance benefits for you if you do not know whether your plan covers acupuncture. We will work directly with your provider for reimbursement.
You are responsible for any fees that your insurance does not cover.
Super Bills
If you would like to make insurance claims yourself, we will offer you a super bill with the diagnostic codes your insurance company looks.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly request 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment. You will be responsible for any missed appointments without a cancellation.
